Mohammad Santosa Mulyo Diningrat is a professional with a strong educational background in the computer field. He has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from Amikom University, Yogyakarta. Currently, he serves as a permanent lecturer at APP Polytechnic Jakarta. Previously, he had work experience at Bank Negara Indonesia, with a focus on service quality. Apart from that, he also has experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Optimization.

Yulia Ernita

Yulia Ernita experienced in Service Quality at a State Owned Bank, has passions in design and branding, and is a specialist in KOL campaigns and creative content concepts for social media.

Nyonky Indrajaya Loukameng

Nyonky Indrajaya Loukameng, a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk,

Possesses a diverse skill set spanning from Customer Service to Assistant Vice President roles. His expertise lies in service development, complaint management, and fostering a service-oriented culture. Armed with a Master's in Management, specialized in Bank Management, and a slew of certifications in service excellence and leadership,

He's adept at driving service transformation. Nyonky is also a proficient trainer and facilitator, equipped with interpersonal finesse and technical prowess in improving service models.

Grace Pong Samma

Senior Consultant

Grace has 30 years of experience in the banking industry at Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Central Asia especially in the Consumer, Retail and Services Banking sector.
